We are looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our New York team!

This is a Part-Time Office Assistant position that provides office support to our New York team.

  • Responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, greet guests 
  • Facilities upkeep:  Wipe down counters, empty and load dishwasher, empty trash, stock bathroom items
  • Manage inventory of company provided snacks and beverage
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Additional Duties as requested
  • Monitor and communicate with cleaning crew necessary actions required
  • High school diploma or GED; one or more years of experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to work with a suggestive schedule of 8:00AM-2:00PM, Monday thru Friday with 25-30 hours per week
  • 2+ years of previous experience in office environment
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lift 20-25 lbs.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
