The Marketing Coordinator will join our dynamic, high paced brand team to help us take the Ultra Mobile brand to the next level. Reporting directly to the Ultra Mobile Sr. Brand Manager, you will be an ambitious, performance driven individual who thrives in a role where every day is different. And trust us it will be. As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a hand in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives to help expand and grow our brand. You will stay on the pulse of what is happening in the wireless industry, and not be afraid to present ideas on new marketing initiatives.

  • Manage promotion/campaign deliverables to meet all project deadlines.
  • Assist with creative development including feedback, kickoff, creative brief process and scheduling to deliver assets across a wide range of marketing initiatives including retail merchandising, brand communications, website and social.
  • Collaborate cross-functionality with our creative, e-commerce, sales and product teams to ensure that the Ultra Mobile brand is consistency represented across all channels.
  • Manage ad hoc projects from concept, developing success metrics to reporting on performance
  • Analyze and report on monthly key brand metrics and campaigns
  • Research and monitor our competitors brand and marketing activity, reporting on your findings to the larger Marketing team
  • Constantly monitor digital trends, other wireless brands marketing activity looking for new opportunities
  • Oversee our branded merchandise, you’ll coordinate creative development, work with vendors to deliver on time and within budget and manage stock inventory.


  • 1 - 2 years of marketing, communications and/or brand experience working across different communication channels
  • A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal relationships
  • Experience assisting or managing multiple campaigns/projects, in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Scrappy, game for any task, and able to adapt to change
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and thought-leadership
  • Passionate about Marketing and applying intellectual curiosity to solve problems
  • Strong eye for detail. No spelling mistakes or brand/messaging inconsistencies get past you
