Ultra Mobile is looking for its next extraordinary Team Player to level-up our Human Resources Team!

As the Senior Recruiter, you’ll  oversee the recruiting function at Ultra. You’ll work to grow the overall awareness of Ultra and drive applications from qualified candidates. You’ll target talent pools aligned with our specific talent goals and needs. And you’ll be responsible for  delivering an exceptional recruiting experience (from initial contact through offer acceptance) for all qualified candidates.

  • Proactively partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Manage the entire recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles: including sourcing, screening candidates, and managing the interview process
  • Ensure an outstanding, efficient, positive candidate process and experience
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that result in sourcing and hiring for Rockstar team members including identifying sources specific to the job roles and needs of our growing business  
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation, ensuring the best possible candidate fit
  • Create, track, rand communicate KPIs and metrics to leadership team
  • Create positive candidate experiences regardless of outcomes, creating Ultra advocates
  • Interview and assess candidates for Ultra's Core Values
  • Assist to refine, evaluate, streamline and optimize current hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, job fairs and other hiring events
  • Manage current candidate activity and metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in Recruiting, Human Resources or similar field
  • Experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), across all levels
  • Strong recruiting, sourcing and networking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and priority setting
  • Deadline oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Windows environment, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with online and social media marketing in relations to recruiting
