The Manager, Revenue Assurance and Fraud will be responsible for all aspects of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) including advanced data analysis, reporting, leakage management and prevention.

ABOUT THE ROLE
A seasoned telecom professional that will manage the maturation of RAFM processes to ensure they scale with the growth of Ultra. In addition, oversee chargebacks, refunds and credit card processing as well as manage the development and operation of the fraud management platform. This role requires someone that has both business acumen and technical skills that can work across groups to drive effective change.

The Manager, Revenue Assurance and Fraud will:
  • Manage, coach and mentor a team of high-performing analysts in the Revenue Assurance and Fraud domains.
  • Build strong working relationships with functional area representatives, team members, and executive leaders.
  • Familiar with the following areas within telecom including but not limited to ILD, mobile provisioning and usage, roaming and bypass fraud, IRSF and High Usage Fraud and credit card fraud.
  • Lead the delivery of daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting needs for the enterprise – ensuring key assumptions, trends, sensitivities and risks are highlighted.
  • Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams as well as network activity and telecom billing.
  • Implement and manage the escalation process within Enterprise Fraud Management system (Wedo) and identify opportunities to build new controls into platform to detect leakages.
  • Develop a framework to ensure revenue impacts are evaluated and scored in new systems planning and development.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and
  • 5+ years in the telecom industry (2+ years must be in revenue assurance and/or fraud management)
  • 2+ years of prior management experienced required; must include managing people.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Comfortable in creating strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills including presenting in formal group settings.
  • Working knowledge of data extraction tools and languages.
  • Technical ability to learn new systems and departmental tools.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
