THE GENERAL SCOPE OF POSITION
The Consumer Data Analyst will be a part of the Customer Advocacy, Retention, and Telesales (CART) team, located in our New York City office. Using our business intelligence and campaign management system, you'll generate Ad-Hoc & Recurring campaign results reports, provide insightful analysis on how the DART business is performing and to identify new opportunities to further grow the business.
  • Work with business stake holders to determine reporting requirements and translate them into an actionable data reports and analysis.
  • Pull lists for segmentation analysis & perform analysis & create insights
  • SQL experience is required & be able to use business intelligence software like Business Objects.
  • Utilizing the BI/Campaign Management system, create results for on-going & ad-hoc campaigns
  • Create a combined results ‘database’ to measure existing campaigns against campaign trends & control groups.
  • Measure and analyze on-line acquisition marketing efforts from campaigns, organic, direct, affiliate, email, display & SEM. 
  • Perform data mining and research as required inside the BI tool.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Must have 3+ years of recent SQL experience
  • 3-5 years of enterprise or marketing analysis experience 
  • Expert Microsoft Excel skills required, Advanced Microsoft Access & PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Ability to work through a problem logically, identify root causes, provide practical effective solutions while being detailed and process oriented
  • Proven track record of collaboration, working with cross-functional teams to establish needs and execute tasks
  • Self-starter who can work without continuous supervision and is highly organized
  • Ability to travel 15-30%
