The UX Analyst is naturally curious with a keen eye for detail, focused on defining and driving Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile’s voice of customer programs. The UX Analyst will directly support the E-commerce CRO team by deploying impactful user surveys and polls and providing performance analysis of site experiences. This position will assist in the creating and gathering of pre-test requirements, monitoring daily site performance, executing post-survey analyses and providing meaningful insights based on the qualitative data story.

As UX Analyst, you will own all Ecommerce qualitative data initiatives, including our user insights and voice of customer programs. You are responsible for designing and deploying supporting and standalone campaigns that leverage user surveys and polls to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. You are able to answer our biggest “whys” when it comes to who our users are and what motivates them. Some day-to-day for this role includes:

  • Assist in the development of CRO tests, providing data-backed recommendations on User Experience enhancements as well as uncovering new opportunities to gather qualitative data.
  • Develop, deploy, and iterate on ad hoc and evergreen User Experience research programs.
  • Craft meaningful hypotheses, determine relevant metrics, establish goals and create appropriate reports to track progress and measure results.
  • Analyze program efficiencies and modify strategies as needed.
  • Conduct post-survey analyses and present findings to key stakeholders, extracting learnings wherever possible to help shape Ecommerce business decisions. Work cross-departmentally to implement findings as needed.
  • Own our qualitative analysis tools, such as HotJar, including the administration and daily monitoring. Develop dashboards and reports to help support CRO test design.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and provide consultation and support to key stakeholders.
  • Other duties as required.


  • Minimum 3+ years in a UX/UI research and/or design or related role.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story from large and diverse sources of data.
  • Experience using qualitative measurement tools such as heatmaps, surveys, and polls.
  • Strong interest in user behavior and E-commerce, and a passion for strategic thinking.
  • Proven success conducting user surveys that generate meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
  • Well-developed project management and time management skills; able to function in a fast-paced environment independently, while managing multiple, changing priorities
  • Highly motivated with willingness to learn and desire to help the business grow.
  • Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
