The Manager, Business Realization evaluates, drives, and executes on growth opportunities and strategic projects while aligning cross-functional teams around vendor onboarding and ongoing contract management, partner engagement, and cost savings and optimization initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Contract Administration:

  • Rollout and manage a scalable contract lifecycle management process within the company
  • Help with processes around contract negotiation and completion of new or existing contracts.
  • Work with legal counsel in handling legal and contractual activities, providing business needs and insight to maximize results.
  • Analyze contracts and relationship dynamics in response to business questions, and provide cross-functional guidance as necessary.
  • Manage assigned relationships with vendors, partners, staff, and executives throughout the telecommunications industry.

Strategy & Growth:

  • Support the Sr Director, Strategy & Business Realization, as assigned, in all aspects of MNO carrier relations, and strategic growth initiatives, cost containment projects, and other duties as assigned.
  • Curation development of new business initiatives and special projects, as selected by the Sr Director, Strategy & Business Realization, typically working directly with senior business management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in project teams.
  • Provide supporting pitch decks, business summaries and narratives to support the Sr Director, Strategy & Business Realization.
  • Help structure business models and contracts across a variety of vendor, partner, and services relationships ensuring the highest value and least risk for the company.
  • As needed, ongoing advice to different business groups on strategic, product, and complex matters and issues.

Financial / Quantitative:

  • Collaborate with the Channel Development, Product, and FP&A teams to assist with financial modeling and metrics achievement related to new products, core products and value-added services.
  • Work with sister team, FP&A, to develop summary financial models to value opportunities, conduct sensitivity analysis and provide support for financial due diligence for new opportunities.
  • Support business development teams with repeatable models to measure opportunities for margin and growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in driving strategy and business development
  • Strong communication skills including written and interpersonal.
  • Wireless telecommunications experience greatly preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and spatially to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational lines and borders.
  • Effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to think creatively and execute upon plans.
  • Able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent business process and best practices experience or aptitude.
